1. Install Laravel by running the create-project command via Composer in the command line. Run the command: composer create-project –prefer-dist laravel/laravel laravel, as shown in Figure 1
2. The generated directory is: E:\wwwroot\laravel, as shown in Figure 2
3. When using Nginx, adding the following code to the website configuration will forward all requests to the index.php front controller, as shown in Figure 3

4. Reload the Nginx configuration file, as shown in Figure 4
.\nginx -s reload
5. Edit the hosts file, as shown in Figure 5
127.0.0.1 www.laravel.dev
6. Open the URL: http://www.laravel.dev/ , and it loads normally, as shown in Figure 6
