Resolve Garbled Text in MySQL Table Comments, Field Comments, and Values

1. The table comments are garbled. See Figure 1.

2. The field comments are garbled. See Figure 2.

3. The values in the table are garbled. See Figure 3.

4. Add the following at the very beginning of the SQL file: SET NAMES utf8mb4;

SET NAMES utf8mb4;

SET NAMES utf8mb4;

5. The table comments, field comments, and values are no longer garbled. See Figure 4.
