Uploading Images in WordPress Fails With “Server Cannot Process Image” When Resources Are Insufficient (Debug Enabled)

When uploading an image in WordPress, it prompts: The server cannot process the image. This happens if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. The suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels

7. Reverted the changes in step 5. Uploaded again, and the upload succeeded. It feels like a temporary server-side issue. I have decided to stop looking into it for now.
