1. Download the Tianfu Tongban APP. I found that it was unexpectedly unavailable in the Tencent MyApp store. I finally found it in the built-in app store on my OnePlus phone. See Figure 1.
2. After authenticating and logging into the Tianfu Tongban APP, click “Mine” and go to “All” under electronic certificates. See Figure 2.
3. Select the certificate category and add a certificate. See Figure 3.
4. By category, select “Certificate of No Criminal Record” under personal certificates. See Figure 4.
5. For the application purpose, there are 3 options: employment, studying abroad, and immigration. Choose according to your actual situation. See Figure 5.
6. Submitted successfully, currently under review. See Figure 6.
7. I submitted it last night and checked the review status in the APP this morning, only to find that it had already been successfully processed. It was issued by the local police station at my registered residence. See Figure 7.
