1. Withdrew USDT via the Gate.io on-chain withdrawal, selecting the Optimism (Bridged) network. See Figure 1.
2. Subsequently received an OKX email: USDT_OPTIMISM has not yet arrived. We noticed that you have 1,499.5 USDT_OPTIMISM pending transfer. Because deposits for USDT_OPTIMISM are temporarily suspended, the time for funds to arrive will be slightly delayed. We will notify you upon arrival. See Figure 2.
3. Entered the OKX USDT deposit page and selected the deposit network: USDT-Optimism (Deposits suspended). Estimated recovery time: June 19, 2024, 3:00:00 PM. See Figure 3.
4. At this point, all I could do was wait patiently until after June 19, 2024, 3:00:00 PM to check whether the funds had arrived. I then found that even after that time, the funds still had not arrived. Finally, I noticed that the estimated recovery time had been adjusted to June 21, 2024, 6:00:00 PM. See Figure 4.
5. Waited until after June 21, 2024, 6:00:00 PM, and the funds still had not arrived. I did not receive the arrival email until 10:03:00 PM. See Figure 5.
6. Opened the OKX APP and checked the deposit records; the arrival time was 06/21 22:03. See Figure 6.
