2. However, the payment had still not been received. I later contacted Bank of China staff and learned that a manual operation by the bank staff was required. I ultimately had to add them on WeChat and provide the relevant information before they processed it manually for me. See Figure 2.
3. Provided the remittance proof to the bank staff. See Figure 3.
4. After the manual crediting, I finally saw the international remittance record in the transaction details. See Figure 4.
