Investigation and Analysis of Laptop (ThinkPad T570) Can’t Charge
1. The power of the laptop cannot be charged. It has been determined that the power supply is plugged in. as shown in Figure 1
2. Right-click on the computer and click the power option in the power opening option. as shown in Figure 2
3. Open the Power Options window. The existing plan is: Master Lu, decided to switch to: Balance (recommended). as shown in Figure 3
4. Check the battery information in Master Lu, and it is normal. as shown in Figure 4
5. The left side of the fuselage is equipped with power interface, USB 3.0 interface and lightning 3 interface. The current charging is to use the Thunderbolt 3 interface. as shown in Figure 5
6. It is now suspected that the power adapter is damaged, or the lightning 3 interface is damaged. I was looking for the same power adapter to test it. Helpless to find. Have to verify after-sales to Lenovo. Lenovo after-sales has been verified, and it is determined that the Thunderbolt 3 interface is damaged. If it is to be repaired, it involves the motherboard. The fee is 600+ and it takes a few days. Due to the urgent use of the computer, I finally decided to buy a power adapter again, which is suitable for the charging of the power interface. The fee is 200+. as shown in Figure 6
7. Use the new power adapter to connect the power interface. Can be charged normally. There is a plug mark on the power icon. as shown in Figure 7
