1. Open the URL: https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler and download FiddlerSetup.exe. See Figure 1.

2. The current issue is that in the Android APP, when calling the interface to fetch list data, individual data items in the list intermittently appear and disappear. It is currently uncertain whether this is an issue with the interface response data or an Android APP caching issue. Therefore, I decided to use packet capture to determine whether the interface response data is changing. See Figure 2.

3. Reference URL: https://www.jianshu.com/p/6858a25674b4 . Configure Fiddler to capture HTTPS requests from mobile phones. Set Fiddler to allow remote connections. Tools – Options – HTTPS. Check: Decrypt HTTPS traffic, Ignore server certificate errors (unsafe). See Figure 3.

4. Configure Fiddler to capture HTTPS requests from mobile phones. Configure the connection to allow remote computers to connect. Tools – Options – Connections. Check: Allow remote computers to connect. Restart Fiddler to apply the settings. See Figure 4.

5. Set up the phone proxy. The phone and the computer must be on the same local area network, so run cmd as an administrator on the computer and execute the command ipcofig to check the IPv4 address. See Figure 5.

6. Open the Wi-Fi currently connected on the phone and modify the network settings. Change Proxy: None to Proxy: Manual. The Hostname is the IPv4 address just checked in the computer terminal, and the Port is 8888. Click Save. See Figure 6.

7. Download and install the Fiddler certificate. Use the phone browser to visit http://[Computer IPv4 Address]:[Fiddler Port Number], such as http://172.29.4.35:8888. Download the certificate. See Figure 7.

To configure Fiddler as a reverse proxy instead of seeing this page, see Reverse Proxy Setup
You can download the FiddlerRoot certificate
8. Right-click the file: FiddlerRoot.cer, and install the certificate. See Figure 8.

9. It was finally determined that there is an issue with the interface response data. See Figure 9.
