1. Check the relevant information in phpinfo() to confirm the Xdebug version to download: VC15 x64 Thread Safe, as shown in Figure 1.
2. Open the URL: https://xdebug.org/download.php and download PHP 7.2 VC15 TS (64 bit), as shown in Figure 2.
3. Copy php_xdebug-2.7.1-7.2-vc15-x86_64.dll to C:\php-7.2.14\ext\php_xdebug.dll, add a new line in php.ini, and restart PHP.
