When backing up WordPress using FlashFXP, some files with garbled Chinese names cannot be downloaded because their filenames do not comply with Windows naming rules. They also appear garbled when browsing the list in FlashFXP, as shown below:
The solution is to set the character encoding option in the Site Manager to UTF-8, which will resolve this issue!
At this point, browsing works normally, and the files can be downloaded for backup!
