Troubleshooting HTTP 404 Errors When Accessing Files Uploaded via FlashFXP

Logged into the CentOS server via PuTTY and navigated to the directory: /wp-content/uploads/2021/07/. Found that the filename of 秦时明月第一集荧惑守心.mp4 was garbled.

4. Selected “Sites” – clicked “Site Manager” in the drop-down menu, then selected the site (www.shuijingwanwq.com in this case), clicked “Options” in the right toolbar, navigated to the [Character Encoding] section, set it to UTF-8, and reconnected. See Figure 4.
