2. I found that only laravel-2023-09-14.log was generated, and I printed the output of: config(‘app.timezone’). The cause is that the timezone set in the Laravel application is: Etc/GMT+8. See Figure 2.

3. In the “Etc” area, zones west of Greenwich Mean Time have a positive sign, while zones east have a negative sign. Etc/GMT+8 can be understood as UTC-8, which is 16 hours ahead of Beijing Time. Therefore, when writing the log, the time in the Laravel application was: 2023-09-14 19.
