1. In OKX, a contract grid strategy automatically stopped shortly after being manually created. Order time: 2024/11/25 22:27:48. Stop time: 2024/11/25 22:42:13. See Figure 1.

2. On the profit details page, there is a Start button. See Figure 2.

3. Clicking the Start button prompts: Starting strategy. The strategy does not exist or has stopped. See Figure 3.

4. I decided to create the same strategy again. Before creating it, I checked the USDT in my assets, and the available balance was $3,046.32. See Figure 4.

5. After creating the same strategy again, it also automatically stopped shortly after. The consequence of this automatic stop is that the cumulative investment and cumulative margin increase were occupied. Checking the USDT in my assets, the available balance was $13.97. See Figure 5.

6. The consequence of this is that two stopped ENSUSDT Perpetual “Waiting for signal” contract grids occupied a total of $6,000 in available USDT. See Figure 6.

7. I then tried to manually stop an ENSUSDT Perpetual contract grid, and comparing it with the previous two, I confirmed there was a significant difference. See Figure 7.

8. Now I am trying to recover the occupied $6,000 USDT to use for creating other contract grids. I copied the parameters to create a grid strategy, but it prompted: Exceeded available funds. See Figure 8.

9. However, checking the USDT in my assets, the available balance is $6,251.01. Therefore, I initially speculated that the inability to recover was caused by the total quota limit of the ENSUSDT perpetual contract. See Figure 9.

10. I reduced the total amount of limit orders for the ENSUSDT perpetual contract to $10,000. See Figure 10.

11. I copied the parameters to create a grid strategy. The available balance was 2,354.77 USDT, which is already greater than the cumulative investment of 2,000 USDT in the historical strategy. See Figure 11.

12. I tried again to recover the historical strategy. Clicking the Start button prompted: Starting strategy. The strategy does not exist or has stopped.
13. Therefore, it appears that the available USDT in my assets is 9,146.68. See Figure 12.

14. However, when withdrawing, the withdrawable USDT balance is 37.83, making it feel like nearly 9,000 USDT is occupied. See Figure 13.

15. With no other options left, I decided to log into the PC website and contact human customer service. I finally got a preliminary answer (Regarding the issue you reported about the contract grid stopping, please rest assured that your assets will not be lost. Upon verification, the assets occupied by your two strategies have been released twice for 3,000 USDT at 2024-11-27 16:53, totaling 6,000 USDT into your trading account. You can click on Assets in the bottom right corner – Bills – Trading Account to verify your USDT asset balance. We have located the problem and expect to release a new version to fix it. Please pay attention to subsequent app version optimizations. The page display shall prevail. We apologize for the inconvenience caused during this period.). My account might need to be upgraded again. It feels like a program bug. See Figure 14.

16. In the ticket reply, they stated that the assets occupied by the two strategies had been released twice for 3,000 USDT at 2024-11-27 16:53. I verified this, and they were indeed released. See Figure 15.

17. A few days later, a prompt popped up: Update the App to experience the latest version. See Figure 16.

18. However, after updating, I found that some time later, the withdrawable USDT balance was 4,543 when withdrawing, making it feel like nearly 6,000 USDT was occupied. I consulted customer service again, and the reply said this was a normal situation (If you were in spot and contract margin mode, it would be the situation you described. But you are now in cross-currency margin mode, so it is normal). See Figure 17.
