Baidu search resource platform new station completes the complete collection of practical records

Recently, I decided to run my technical blog seriously. The first step is to submit the site map to the mainstream search engine. The whole process of self-operated Baidu search resource platform entry, site verification, main body association, indexing configuration, Sitemap submission, etc. Today, I will organize the complete practical steps, the problems encountered, and the final status into a blog for reference to webmaster friends who are also a personal site.

1. Preliminary preparation: basic configuration of the site

All operations are completed in the official background of the Baidu search resource platform, and the whole process is independently verified and submitted, and there is no third-party tool assistance.

2. The fifth working day: the subject review is approved
   After about 5 working days of waiting, the new registered subjects have been officially reviewed and approved, and the platform has opened the main body-related permissions, which is also the core premise of the subsequent inclusion of the new site and the submission of Sitemap.
3. Site association audit subject
   After the subject is approved, enter the [Site Management – Associate Existing Subject] page, and select the individual subject that has been reviewed to complete the binding operation (as shown in Figure 1).

1. Verify the basic information status of the site
   After the main body association is completed, enter [Search Display – Site Properties – Basic Information] to check all the information, the complete status of the current site is as follows:

• Related subject: Wang Qiang (individual) (pictured 2)
• Site Type: Adaptive Station
• Site field: education and training, information technology, other
• Main record number: Completed
• Account status: The account has been real-name authentication, and the status is normal
• Site status: verified, no violations, no abnormal records

3. The core problems encountered in practical operation: the upper limit of Sitemap submission is 0

After all the main body, verification and filing configurations are completed, enter the core indexing configuration link: [Resource Submission – General Inclusion – Resource Submission – Sitemap], find the abnormal display of the page quota (as shown in Figure 3), the specific data:

• Today’s submission limit: 0
• Balance submitted today: 0
• Maximum stock file limit: 1
• Balance of stock file: 1

At first, I mistakenly thought that it was an operation error, incomplete data, or there were violation restrictions. After checking one by one, all abnormal problems were ruled out:

1. The account has been real-named, the subject has been reviewed, the site has been verified, and the qualifications are all complete;
2. No Sitemap files have never been submitted on the platform, and there is no history;
3. There is no indexed Sitemap file, and there is no illegal submission that is prohibited by the platform;
4. The site has no dead chain, no collection content, stable server access, and no site penalty records.

4. The final cause of the problem: the mechanism of the new station inspection period
Combined with Baidu’s latest inclusion rules and webmaster’s actual measurement experience, there is only one core reason for this Sitemap submission of 0 per day: the new time of the site is too short, and it is in the inspection period of Baidu’s new site.
My site is currently only added for 5 days, which belongs to the new stage of Baidu’s strict observation. At present, Baidu has a new quota mechanism for the new station:
During the 1-4-week inspection period of the new station, the system will close the daily Sitemap submission quota (show 0) by default, but will keep 1 stock file quota, and allow the webmaster to prepare the compliant Sitemap file in advance, and wait for the normal submission after the inspection period is over.
This is not a failure, a problem of qualification, or a restricted flow of the site. It is the normal risk control inspection mechanism of Baidu’s official new station.

5. The optimal response plan at this stage
At present, all configurations have been fully improved, no need to repeatedly modify the information, no need to operate the background frequently, and there is no need for feedback from complaints (the appeal is invalid for the new station less than 14 days).

1. Prepare the compliance sitemap file in advance
   The standard URL list-type Sitemap (XML/TXT format, non-indexed type), the file size and the number of URLs are all in line with the platform requirements in advance, and upload it to the root directory of the website to ensure that the browser can access normally and the status code is 200.
2. Prioritize the use of manual inclusion transitions
   During the period when the Sitemap quota is not open, use the [Manual Submission] function of the platform to submit the homepage, core columns, and high-quality original articles every day to ensure that the basic page is included, and do not waste the initial traffic of the new site.
3. Stable and update high-quality original content
   Adhere to the daily update of original and in-depth dry goods content in a small amount, resolutely do not collect, do not irrigate, do not publish low-quality content in batches, keep the website server stable, and have no 404 dead chain, and accelerate the inspection period of the new station.
4. Waiting for the end of the inspection period, the quota will be automatically restored
   Normal high-quality new stations, the inspection period is generally 7-14 days to restore the Sitemap submission quota. At that time, the upper limit submitted by the background will automatically change from 0 to normal, and you can directly submit the Sitemap prepared in advance.

6. Summary of personal practice

The biggest insight of this new station’s entry into practice: Now Baidu’s review mechanism for individual new stations is becoming more and more standardized, and it is no longer possible to submit and include directly after the configuration. The sitemap quota is 0≠ the site is restricted, which is just a normal observation mechanism of the new station.
As long as you complete the real name of the account, site verification, main body association, and filing filling, to ensure the high-quality and stable access content of the site, the rest only need to wait patiently for the system to automatically release the permissions, no need to worry or blind operation.
