Failed to use the ICBC credit card to pay online: the card has set the maximum monthly consumption amount in the bank, and this transaction has exceeded the amount. If you need to increase the limit, please contact the bank’s customer service to solve it
1. Failed to use the ICBC credit card to pay online: the card has set the maximum monthly consumption amount in the bank, and this transaction has exceeded the amount. If you need to increase the limit, please contact the bank customer service. as shown in Figure 1
2. Log in to the ICBC APP to view the details of the card. The monthly cumulative limit is (used) 0.01 yuan. (Total limit) 50,000 yuan. Determined not to exceed the quota. as shown in Figure 2
3. Based on Baidu’s experience, it may be because the quota lock is not opened. as shown in Figure 3
4. Open the quota lock for the tail number 3931 (VISA) and 3982 (UnionPay). The daily cumulative POS consumption limit is set to 50,000 yuan. as shown in Figure 4
5. After opening the quota lock, the payment still fails. It was finally discovered that the reason was that the selected tail number 3931 (VISA) was selected to make the payment, and the payment failed. If the selected tail number 3982 (UnionPay) is to be paid, the payment is successful. as shown in Figure 5
6. Re-close the quota lock, and the quota lock is successfully closed. The selected tail number 3931 (VISA) to pay, the payment fails. If the selected tail number 3982 (UnionPay) is to be paid, the payment is successful. Therefore, the root of the problem is that the payment only supports UnionPay cards, not VISA cards, and has nothing to do with the quota setting. as shown in Figure 6
