Haier front-loading washing machine has a drainage fault (showing the words E1), and the door is locked

1. The laundry completion time of the Haier drum washing machine has been displayed for the remaining 36 minutes, and the interval is displayed with the word E1. such as video 1

2. Check the user manual, the words E1 indicate the drainage fault, troubleshooting method: clean the filter, check whether the drain pipe is blocked, if it still appears, please contact the maintenance. as shown in Figure 2

3. Follow the instructions for cleaning/maintenance in the manual, clean the filter (recommended once a month). The washing machine has not been cleaned for two years. as shown in Figure 3

4. Hold the plastic pipe to block and drag the sewage flow out, and prepare a water container, unplug the plastic block on the sewage flow, and introduce the residual water into the container. Because it is washing a pair of new jeans, the color of the water is dark blue. as shown in Figure 5

5. After the water is exhausted, plug the plastic into the sewage flow. as shown in Figure 6

6. Screw the filter counterclockwise, and it is normal for a small amount of water to flow out when it is rotated. as shown in Figure 7

7. Rinse the filter with water. A large number of clogs were found. as shown in Figure 8

8. Finally, align the protrusions on the filter with the groove on the drain pump and insert it, then tighten it clockwise, and fasten the filter door. Put the sewage flow back into place even though it is stuck. as shown in Figure 9

9. Start the cleaning again. After the cleaning is completed, the door can be opened normally.
